My little house is more spacious on the inside than it looks on the outside. The living room seats 8. The kitchen table is the one I grew up with. It comes with many memories, I love it. All dinnerware and cookware are provided for your use. There is a back room 8' by 8' with a door to the back yard. There is a card table and chairs, coat rack and could be considered a mud room. The upstairs bathroom is unique in itself, you have to see it to believe it. 2 small bedrooms upstairs that are cute and comfortable, one king and one queen bed. The downstairs has been totally renovated. Due to the heating vent, if you are taller than 5'9", be prepared to duck to get into the bedroom. This bedroom is a little more spacious and has a king size bed and a twin bed. The family room is comfortable, there are games to play and a TV with some videos and net-flicks provided. Here you can put blankets down for more sleeping space. There is a washer and dryer with laundry detergent and dryer sheets provided. The bathroom has a small jetted tub with a shower. The driveway is a one car width but can hold up to 4 cars. The attached awning is 30' long. The garden is beautiful from spring to fall. When I am not at work you can see me playing (working) in the yard. The back yard is pretty secluded and has a small cement deck with a table, chairs and umbrella. Brigham City is a small town if you compare it to large cities. The Brigham City Temple is just a mile away by foot. You can see the Angel Moroni atop the temple from the living room or front steps. Salt Lake City is only an hours drive away, Logan is one half hour away and Bear Lake is less than 2 hours away. There are many ski resorts within 1-2 hour drive. Bike riding, hiking and fishing are popular.Both Brigham City and Logan have small airports.

Wonderful cabin located just outside of Paradise, Utah 15 minutes to Logan, Utah and 5 minutes to Hyrum Dam. The cabin has two stories. The main level has a great room with leather couches, fully stocked kitchen, half bath, TV with satellite dish, board games, wood burning fire place, air conditioning, large deck with gorgeous views of pond on property and the Little Bear River Bottoms. Basement level has gas stove, electric heat, two bedrooms, both with very comfortable queen beds, and a full bath. Walking outside you will find a patio with a Weber grill and flat top grill for cooking, a large fire pit, a large lawn area for games including volleyball. There is a one-acre pond for fishing, but no swimming or kayaking. Access is down a gravel road. The cabin sleeps 4 in two queen beds, but has two long leather couches and a leather love seat couch (extra bedding as well) on the main floor where others could sleep and tents are allowed.

Children will enjoy the large loft area, equipped with a twin bed, and plenty of room to play! History of The Lily House: The Lily House was built in 1875. It has been well cared for and updated for comfortable lodging. This property, which is listed on the National Registry of Historical Places, was the original Wellsville Relief Society Meeting House. In 1875 the Relief Society was the women's organization of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, and was responsible for assisting those in need and aiding new settlers to Cache Valley. The Lily House derives its name from the Sego Lily, which was selected as the emblem of Relief Society because of its usefulness in sustaining life in the early pioneer settlements. Cache Valley was originally settled by pioneers in 1856. Wellsville, then known as Maughan's Fort, was the first settlement in the valley. A tabernacle was erected between 1902 and 1908 and is located directly across the street from the Lily House. Step back in time when you stay in this well-preserved historical home.

This is a great mountain getaway for a family reunion, business retreat, snow skiing, boating, mountain biking, hiking, relaxing, etc. It sits back off the road on 2.7 acres with a horse pasture and corral in the front. It is only 15 minutes from North Ogden but feels like you're way out in the country on a very quiet side street. Nordic Valley ski resort is only 5 minutes away. Upstairs you will find a loft with 3 queen size beds. The Sofa in the living room also pulls out as a sleeper bed. Bring the whole family or get away with just the two of you. Stay and relax and enjoy the peaceful moments that only nature can provide. Or hit the local hiking or biking trails within minutes. You are also within 10 minutes of Pineview reservoir. There are local vendors you can rent PWC's, boats or head to monte and rent a Razor. The last 1/2 mile of the road leading to the cabin is a dirt road. It is a bit rocky and rough, but any type of vehicle can access it. A note on the road, I occasionally have a renter arrive that has not been on many dirt roads, Thus I get some reviews from renters that are afraid of the road. There are no clearance issues, it does have some rocks that get kicked up here and there and there is one part that gets a little steep. Yes an suv is a preferable vehicle but it's doable in a regular sedan or minivan. I have had a prius make it just fine. The interior of the home was just renovated in the summer of 2017. When we started the project our goal was to maintain the original country theme and to incorporate several modern and contemporary elements. We are pleased with the result, we hope you like it as well. The décor and furniture have been carefully handpicked to fit the unique style and character of our Stone House. Many of the décor elements you will see around the home were brought from Chile, Ecuador, Peru, India, our State of Florida and of course from the great local antique markets of Cache Valley. The kitchen is spacious and beautiful. It has white cabinets, glass doors, new and large granite countertops, and a great layout. It was imperative to us that preparing, cooking and serving meals to large groups would not only be easy but enjoyable. The kitchen is equipped with the new ELECTROLUX PRO LINE appliances and is stocked with cookware and dish-ware to cater to 30 guests. We know that with all the families the kitchen is an important gathering place so a lot of detail was placed in this area. The island is large and can easily seat 6 people with additional 4-5 seating at the breakfast nook. The dining room seats comfortably 15 people. You'll love the customized lighting fixtures in the kitchen as they bring together the elements of new and old. The living room was designed and furnished to maximize the comfort of our guests while spending time visiting with each other, conversing, and relaxing. Other small and unique details of the re-designing and decorating of this home are the "Ice Cream Shoppe Room", the "Aviator Room" and the "Pokémon Room". We bought this house so that we could enjoy family vacations with our 14 member family including 6 children, and we are still growing! This 4700 square foot home sits on a half acre of property. It is up on a hill and has amazing views of the surrounding mountains. At night there is a clear view of the lights on the ski slope at Wolf Mountain. This is ideal for large group gatherings or family reunions. There is a park within the subdivision (30 seconds from the house) that is ideal for outdoor gatherings.
